The Fallen Angel - The Inner Circle

I was originally going to paint up some weathered Tau for Inner Circle, but there was just too much to do in the timeframe, based on my vacations and such. I planned to drop out completely, but was urged several times to do at least something for it. So I have decided to do something quick and easy.. The Triumvirate of the Primarch with some other supporting units which I already have completed.

I was planning to wait until I had Grand Master Voldus done, but everyone is posting up painted stuff recently, so here you go... Cypher, The Fallen Angel.

So I've been working on some dark eldar. Doing a reborn war host detachment.

Blood Bowl

Hey Guys,

Shane and I played a full game of Blood Bowl over the weekend and I thought I would give some initial impressions of the game.

First of all, it's really fun. We played a game (16 turns) in just under 2 hours. There were a lot of spontaneous moments that made the game enjoyable like Shane's Blitzer breaking free, killing a dwarf Runner and then stealing the ball. If he had made one more dodge roll, Shane would have tied the game at the buzzer!

Second, the feeling of the game. It's much lighter in tone and complexity than AoS or 40K. This lends itself nicely to a friendly, fast-paced match.

Third, the cost! You can have a complete team for $35 which I think is great. I highly recommend BB to anyone.

AoS Escalation - Are you interested?

Hey all, Chris and I were talking and wanted to gauge support in the group for a potential AoS Escalation league. The 40k Escalation we did in the past was a great way to get some cool armies painted up and motivation for everyone to paint, and it was also a great excuse to get the whole group together once a month during summer, grill out and have some fun.

Let me know with a post on here if you would be interested and maybe what Army you would be thinking about. I can pick up a General's Handbook v2 and give people point costs for units etc if needed.
