Legio XIII
Another update from Ultramar! The first Rhino Armored Transport is ready to convey Sons of Guilliman in their mission to prosecute the Will of the Emperor.
LoL, these ARE Ultramarines.. As usual most of us give a "Timeline" for when we envision our army, I think it helps a lot to put me in the right frame of mine when I am painting as far as cleanliness etc... With my Ultras I chose a logical time frame of saying that they were just beginning Calth. It is mentioned in HH: Book 6 that Calth was so unexpected that some marines were still wearing Ceremonial armor when the battle kicked off. So I think having them clean and shiny, while very Ultras to start with, also fits my planned time quite well.
So fresh and so clean!
