I found a train! I was originally planning to purchase an old O gauge locomotive from eBay but they are WAY too expensive to be used as terrain. They're also heavy and tough to paint because they're die cast metal.
Anyway a cool company called Sarissa Precision from the UK makes this baby:
I will add some 40K bits to make it more Imperial looking but I think the asthetic works nicely for something used by the Astra Militarum or even civilians. I got the engine/tender, three flat cars and a tank hauling car.
I also got a little more work done on the landing pad. I built the grey back up:
